terms of service

  • All WordPress / Elementor tutoring sessions are conducted on Zoom screen sharing with no camera
  • On Zoom we will be able to see the same screen at the same time and share mouse control
  • We will be working on your website and you can bring a list of questions, tasks and problems to solve
  • WordPress / Elementor tutoring is sold in 4 hour packages
  • Tutoring sessions can be either 1 or 2 hours long, spread out as needed over 30 days
  • Tutoring sessions not used within 30 days from date of purchase are forfeited
  • The tutoring rate is $50 per hour
  • A package costs 4 hours X $50/hr. = $200
  • All tutoring packages are payable in advance
  • No session will be scheduled and added to the tutoring calendar until paid in advance
  • Payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to the session start time
  • Payment methods accepted include Zelle (preferred), PayPal, Venmo or paper check
  • Schedule changes must be made at least 48 hours prior the the scheduled session start time
  • Session no shows, cancellations and rescheduling not made prior to 48 hours in advance will be charged 1 hour
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your session, it is counted as a no show
  • No refunds will be given for any cancelled or forfeited sessions
